How long do I retain access to self-paced courses?
Self‑paced courses include 12 months of access from purchase date. You can revisit modules and updates during that period.
What’s the difference between Live Online and Hybrid?
Live Online includes scheduled sessions and critiques on video. Hybrid combines asynchronous modules with scheduled critiques and optional studio hours.
Do I need prior experience?
Many courses are open to all levels. For intermediate or advanced modules, we list recommended prerequisites in the catalog details.
Is there a certificate program?
Yes. Complete a bundle of required courses across bouquet design, event work, sustainability, and business to earn the RightFocus Floristry Certificate.
How do refunds work?
Self‑paced courses are non‑refundable once accessed. Live cohorts are refundable up to 7 days before the start date. Contact us for edge cases; we aim to be fair.
Can I get critique on my work?
Cohorts include structured critique. Self‑paced tracks include optional peer prompts and checklists to self‑critique using our framework.
What tools do I need to start?
Snips, tape, wire, re‑usable grids or kenzan, buckets, and a simple color card. Each course includes a concise kit list.
Do you provide wholesale sourcing guidance?
Yes. We include ethical foraging guidance and templates for approaching local farms and wholesalers.
How do I manage my favorites and cart?
Favorites (“Fallows”) and cart items are stored in your browser only. Use the Fallows page to review and the Cart page to adjust quantities.
